Kathi reported we need to order more checks and this would be a good time to change to a bank that has lower fees. It was agreed to move our account to Washington Mutual.

Kathi has also received four registrations for our zone show.
Treasurer's report was approved.
Zone Director – Ed Konsmo – Ed reported on the status of the hotel where the Nationals were held asking the club to pay some additional parking charges. The legal counsel for the OCA has corresponded with the hotel advising them that according to the contract the club signed with the hotel no additional charges should be paid. Ed has not heard whether the hotel has responded.
Results of the election of OCA officers will be announced by May 24.
Membership – Judy Iverson – Judy reported Bill is recovering from recent surgery and will soon be undergoing treatments.
The club has 84 members (including 4 associate members.)
Newsletter – John Lamb – John would like members to submit stories for the newsletter. Business card size ads can be placed in the newsletter for $25 a year. John has prepared a contract that can be used for advertisers. The advertisers will receive copies of the newsletter.
Distributing the newsletter by email would save the club money. We may be able to post it on our website.

Nametags – Kathi Straw - Kathi will ask Impact Laser Works to make up a sample nametag to bring to the next meeting.

Zone Show – Ed Straw – Ed will schedule a car show meeting soon. He has canceled the reservation for the grounds for the Friday evening prior to the show. He will conduct an inventory of what we have and what we need for the show. He has ordered dash plaques costing $1.80 each. They will feature a picture of the '53 like the one on the show flyer. We have a supply of goodie bag fillers. Ed has not reached Linda Naeger to ask if she would like to be in charge of registrations.

School Supplies – Ed Booth – Ed reminded members he and Erma are again collecting school supplies for students in Thailand. The shipment will go out in September.

Flyers were distributed for:
	BC club's Father's Day Show – June 18
Langley BC Car Show – September 9
Fall Tour with the BC Club – September 15-17, Penticton, BC

Next meeting – Sunday, June 4, 1 pm, Newport Library. The August meeting will be held at Issaquah XXX. Big Wheel Auto Supply in Kent is hosting car groups and is a possible site for a future meeting.
