MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION: National Dues of $30 per year are required for local membership, and start the month payment is received. Local Dues of $15 per year are prorated monthly for new members, and are due January 1 in subsequent years. Membership in the Puget Sound Chapter of OCA is open – and encouraged – for all persons interested in, or who own, an Oldsmobile.
